Join us for a tour of the Upper Keys with historian Cesar Becerra in full-character costume as William Matheson. We’ll visit Key Largo, see John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and Islamorada, with a stopover at the Islamorada Fish Co. for a delicious lunch.
